1. Donations
- All donations made to Hitl Innovation and Green Environment are considered voluntary and non-refundable.
- Once a donation is processed, it will be applied directly toward our projects and campaigns.
- If you believe your donation was made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
2. Recurring Donations
- Supporters who sign up for monthly or recurring donations may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us at support@hitlecosolution.org.
- Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
3. Event Registrations & Campaign Contributions
- Payments for events, workshops, or campaigns may be refundable if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days prior, unless required by law.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Errors & Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice an error in the amount charged or believe there has been an unauthorized transaction, please notify us immediately at support@hitlecosolution.org. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
